Sahaja Yoga Meditation Classes are offered weekly at Ratio Wellness and Chiropractic every Tuesday evening.

Beginners/Intermediate class is from 6:00 – 7:00 p.m.

All patients and their guests are welcome.

What is meditation?

Meditation is the personal experience of going beyond one’s thoughts and emotions into a state of peace and calm. Through a simple process of awakening your body’s inner energy, you can experience a deeper understanding of yourself and enjoy inner balance and healing.
