Greetings!

First of all, it is my sincere hope that you and your loved ones are healthy during these stressful times.
Like you, I’ve been through a range of emotions in the last several weeks. I am humbled by the graciousness and support of patients and friends, especially during this past week. I think we’ll all look back and feel better about how we all came together during this crisis.
I’ve kept close track of the daily government mandates, and have struggled whether to keep the office open. After much thought and prayer, I’ve decided to continue to keep the office open and see patients. Of course, this is a very fluid situation, so this may change in the near future. My last patient on Friday said that she considered going to the ER because of her hip and leg pain. If I can help keep the burden off our medical colleagues and keep folks out of pain, I’ll continue to work.
We are taking all the necessary steps to keep patients safe, including adding the following procedures:

  • Upon arriving for your appointment, remain in your vehicle and call us (630-719-9700) from your cell phone.
  • We will call you back as soon as we are ready for you to enter the office, so we can take you immediately into your treatment room (You will NOT be sitting in our reception area with other patients).
  • The only individuals you will come in contact with is me and the staff.
  • After your treatment, you will exit the treatment room and briefly check out with our receptionist–then immediately exit our office and return to your car.
  • Following your treatment, your room will be cleaned and disinfected in compliance with CDC recommendations.

We also ask that if you are experiencing a fever, cough and/or shortness of breath or if you have traveled to a high-risk country, please do not enter the office.
During this outbreak, if you are not able to keep your appointment, please let us know in advance so we can get you rescheduled, and have our team help other patients.
Contact us with any questions. We are here for you! Thank you for trusting us with your chiropractic care.

Sincerly,

Dr. Frederic Ratio
